Joshua is a solicitor, Army veteran and former senior public sector leader with experience across employment, governance, regulatory compliance, workplace investigations and dispute resolution.

Before joining Bond & Co, Joshua held senior leadership roles within the Queensland public sector, where he advised executive teams on complex employment matters, organisational risk, workplace health and safety, governance and regulatory obligations. His experience managing sensitive disputes and high-risk decisions enables him to provide advice that is sound, practical and responsive to the broader circumstances facing each client.

Joshua practises across a broad range of matters, with particular interests in employment, commercial and contractual matters, property, succession planning and civil disputes. He enjoys assisting individuals, families, businesses and primary producers throughout regional Queensland.

Alongside his legal career, Joshua has served for almost two decades in the Australian Army (both Regular and Reserve). His military service has reinforced the values of integrity, service and results that underpin his approach to legal practice.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Business (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He is committed to providing clear advice, practical solutions and trusted long-term support to his clients.
